Terms and Conditions--All account plans have a monthly payment due date on the 1st day of any plan month; with the plan's setup/activation and first month fees payable at the time of activation. All accounts overdue by 10 days are subject to de-activation; for which the plan's re-activation fee will apply. All accounts overdue by 30 days or more will be subject to the removal of all stored data files from the secure data centers by the accounting firm of R. Dale Rose, CPA. All account plan clients acknowledge their responsibility in verifying the usability of their backups. All account plan clients acknowledge and grant permission to the accounting firm of R. Dale Rose, CPA access to ALL STORED DATA for the purpose of account plan administration and agree to hold the accounting firm of R. Dale Rose, CPA harmless for any loss occurring from any administrative activity. Registration for any account plan is acceptance of these terms and conditions by the account plan client.
